Need help with documents uploading

Hello everyone.

please someone help me with this problem.

I AM trying to upload the civil documents but it's giving me some kind a error. I uploaded the police certificate and marriage certificate it worked but after that i am trying to upload the 

rest of the documents but its not working.

Maybe try to re login; have never seen that - make sure you are not taking too long selecting the document - the web pages are time-sensitive.

I am getting the same exact error message for the past 2 days. I've tried 3 browsers (firefox, chrome and avast) and a laptop as well as an ipad.

I'm hoping it's just a system maintenance issue.....

I'm glad I'm not the only one at least but this is frustrating since I need to upload documents asap.

I'm trying to load documents immediately after logging in, so shouldn't be an issue with that. I'm uploading extra AOS docs because of a 2nd RFE

It happened to me yesterday, after many attempts i get it uploaded. Just try many times or leave it and try again after 1 to 2 hours later. The other thing i remarked is that during office hours it is likely to be fast uploaded than in the weekend.. i tried that and it worked praise the Lord! yesterday i uploaded the last civil doc.. am just waiting civil doc to be reviewed in about 6-8 weeks.. worried about this corona virus though it may impact(delay) our beneficiaries after or before getting visas..

aah got all excited and tried again but still not working. Did you try repeatedly and then try a few hours later? I'm now getting this message and then get immediately logged out.

Have the Exact same issue! And tried rapidly for many time! Waited hours then tried again still the same! Gonna try again tomorrow.

Bump on this. I'm also trying to upload additional documents, hopefully it works by Monday.

Tanks a lot everyone. I was keep trying so i uploaded two more documents i have one more to upload, but it still giving me a problem, i think i just have to keep trying.

Hi I just successfully uploaded all civil documents! My experience is: just keep trying and trying and trying. I think it’s totally random! It has nothing to do with your browser. It might depends on how many people are uploading at the same time. Just my guess. Anyway, keep trying and you’ll success!
