K1 Philippine Beneficiary Address

Hello,

My beneficiary's address is an apartment complex in which the mailing address isn't reliable. This being her residency address I am wondering if its ok to put her work address as the mailing address when filling out the I-129F information? The country of the beneficiary is in the Philippines. I am worried by using her residency address as the mailing address that it could cause a problem if any documents are mailed to her, please advise, thank you.

Aside from the 2Go delivery, my asawa never had anything mailed to her at her home from USCIS.  She never even received her Packet 3.  We did everything online for scheduling her interview at the embassy and this seems the norm nowadays.

You can setup to pickup at 2Go for her passport when it comes time for it.

1. Nothing gets sent to the beneficiary so the address would be important for the I-129f application but nothing else.

2. You may want to consider joining the Philippines sub-forum found here https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

3. Find Hanks handy dandy step by step instructions on how to process your K-1 visa at USEM.

4. Get familiar with the embassy website for the Philippines here: https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/

5. Join the March I-129f where others are at the same spot in their travels that you are and they are sharing their thoughts and anxiety.

Now from you we need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

You can use the apartment address on the I-129F  it isn't an issue, nothing is mailed to her off the I-129F.

Later at the embassy phase when completing the DS-160 ... that is when you want an accurate address for delivery of the visa, unless you are planning on picking up the visa package at a 2GO location.
