As the title says...we submitted the i-485 with the i-944/864/765 a little over 2 weeks ago, still haven't received the receipt notice yet, and my wife's 90 days expired yesterday...

So what do we do now? Is ICE gonna be knocking on our door and dragging her away?

Thanks...

Noa1 can take up to 4 weeks normally.

With the mound of applications trying to beat the PRC implementation on Feb 24th, Noa1s will most likely take longer currently.

In the meantime she should carry her Passport, MC, expire(ing) I94 and the tracking slip that proves you sent the AOS package as that's all you have.

Ok minimize situations where she can be checked for status... eg: any traffic stops, altercation with people, reporting to police for anything, etc.   Law enforcement have a system they input data shared across agencies.   THEN if something is not right, she could be detained while they verify with other agencies.

You got married and submitted the application within the 90 day period. I assume you have a tracking slip for when you mailed it. We are also in a global pandemic and USCIS is not exempt from their reduced inability to function right now.

I’m not saying this to be patronizing. I’m just stating facts. ICE are not going to be dragging your wife away after busting down the door, no. She is married to a US Citizen with a current application in process who filed to adjust within the period of authorized stay and married within that 90 days, in compliance with the terms of her visa. Certainly don’t get into trouble with the law or leave the US, no, but ICE aren’t coming after you. No reason to.
