Hi, I have oath ceremony scheduled on Oct 28, 2020.

Does page 4 need to be completed (including signature?) before I enter the building ? I'll fill out the page 4 on my oath day.

Thanks !

Yes you should. Right after you check in with security on the bottom floor, there will be a person there to collect your form and greencard. You will have no time fill out the form. They will check you off the list and then ask you to line up against the wall to go up the elevator. It’s only two at time inside an elevator as of last month when my wife went. You can bring someone inside the building with you but they will have to stay down on the ground floor. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info !

I asked this question because I heard that I shouldn't sign the form prior to entering the oath ceremony and etc, and I got confused.

Thanks for the suggestion, I was also thinking of bringing both letters just in case. Small things like this are making me nervous! And yes, mine is on the 3rd in Boston. :)

Today I received the same letter! And even same correction, also floor and room change.

Hi, I have questions for those had the interview. Did the officer ask information about your past? Thank you

Mostly it was questions about the application itself plus why I want to become a citizen. I wrote the interview experience in this link.

And we're all done! Had my naturalization ceremony Monday afternoon (10/26).

Some insight for folks scheduled to take theirs at the Boston office: while guests aren't allowed inside, there were a few who were able to stand in the hallway and snap some photos through the door. Probably not officially allowed but if you have a family member who absolutely wants to see you take the oath, you can probably get up there and do so from outside the door.

A slightly sad moment was when we were informed that we had the right to vote, but that the registration deadline passed on Saturday night in MA. I was already aware of this, but some in the room audibly gasped.

Still - a great day all round and we'll be celebrating this weekend with some grilled steaks (yes, even in 40 degree weather!)1 and chocolate cheesecake!

Did they let guests go up the elevator? A month ago I had to wait at the elevators. No guests were allowed to go up. That’s great if they changed it.  Congratulations!!!

It was quite the commotion in the lobby. I have a feeling folks snuck up rather than being allowed up - security weren't checking people's notices.

How early did you go into the building? 30 mins before the appointment ? around 45 mins?

Thanks

URGENT - I just received a call from USCIS regarding the voter registration deadline.

If you've taken your oath after the MA deadline of October 24th, you are still able to register to vote in person at your local elections office before 4pm on Monday, 11/2. That means that those of us who had our ceremony after the 10/24 voter registration deadline can still vote next week!

That's great news! I'll search the local elections office in my city.
