Congrats! My test went civics, Readingr, Writing..the n400 was done in between that...my reading was "what do we pay to the government"? I had to write "we pay taxes"...it's not that difficult. Good luck!

Thank you so much

Hi guys

were you allowed to take your phones to the building during the interview or they asked you it’s not allowed to take it in ?
I just need my phone to call a taxi or Uber when I finish .

also what about parking options to those who tried Boston office ?

thanks

There is meter parking around the building but it is limited. There is a garage across the street, Government center garage. But I wouldn't park there. It's under construction which makes it hard to get in and out and it's expensive. It cost us $44 for two hours. Park at the garage above Haymarket at the end of the street. It was only $20 for two hours. Same walk to the office. This is the address on Google maps.136 Blackstone St, Boston, MA 02109. Good luck!!

It says on my interview letter that the proceeding will take about two hours. Is that usually how long interviews take?

That’s the allotted time. If all goes well, you should be done in less than 30 minutes. That includes the interview and test questions.

Mine was close to 2 hours because everything was done same day.

Hey, Bostonians, I got the passport. It took 3 weeks, and I paid for expedite service. BUT my journey is not over,  my passport indicates that I am MALE. OMG! I have complicated family name, and it was correct, but gender is not :)

I thought it over, but no. Now I am on the call to find out do I have to pay for expedite correction or not. Its so funny. We are all humans, and make mistakes. Just wasted money for expedite service.

I just received another interview notice in the mail (5 days after my first notice was sent). Two differences, one is the address.

The first notice said 9th Floor Room 950, and now the second notice says 6th Floor Room 600. I don't really know what this means?

The second notice doesn't have the DHS Form 1-797C header on it, but the first notice does.

My document on the myUSCIS website says 9th Floor Room 950.

I would go with the later, as that is probably a correction to the first. But maybe bring both notices with you and let them figure it out on the spot.

Is your interview in Boston on the 3rd? Mine is on the 4th. I hope you will let us know how it went!

Thanks for the suggestion, I was also thinking of bringing both letters just in case. Small things like this are making me nervous! And yes, mine is on the 3rd in Boston. :)

Hi, I have oath ceremony scheduled on Oct 28, 2020.

Does page 4 need to be completed (including signature?) before I enter the building ? I'll fill out the page 4 on my oath day.

Thanks !
