I'm in the Keys now, and besides the corona virus, we have another worry.  Dengue fever.  Ten years ago we had an outbreak, and now it looks like it may be returning.

Most of you won't have to worry about it unless you are planning a trip to our southern most point, but for us it's another problem to keep on top of.

There were 47 cases of dengue fever in Key West during a 2009 outbreak, followed by 65 cases the next year.

Symptoms of dengue includes severe muscle aches and pain, fever and a rash. They typically appear within 10 days of being bitten by an infected mosquito.

I think this outbreak is also in India at the same time too.. which was making it hard to identify some coronavirus cases.
