My local liquor store is selling single rolls of single-ply toilet tissue for $2. 😂

Yes, I went to the liquor store. Wasn't just for me though, I will add. It is very strange having him home with me all the time. I mean, on one level, it's my best friend and I love being with him and talking with him more than anyone else in the world. But on the other hand, I give him all the room he needs to do his work and don't intrude, which means that I feel like when he does need something, I should help out, even if I don't feel like it. But on a third imaginary hand, who would be doing things like responding to questions like, "ooooooo could you get me a couple of those biscuits, the thin mint ones you keep in the freezer" or "where's my pencil"? I think he can manage these things on his own, but my default setting is to be helpful.

The struggle is real. That's why there is wine.🍷

As a public service announcement, anyone using paper towels as toilet paper - don't flush. If you do, odds are fair you could be adding a plumbing bill to your list of expenses at some point.

We quit flushing paper down the toilet several years back.  It's really a bad thing for any system.  But especially "flushable" wipes (baby or adult) and paper towels.

Am I the only person who keeps seeing stories posted by friends on Facebook about "family cloth"? :dead:

I have seen FIVE friends post about this in the past four days and I cannot comprehend.

Good for some. I will pass politely. :)

Just because you're a millennial who hasn't actually had to do some unsavory personal hygiene tasks does not give you the right to turn your nose up at people who haven't been privileged their entire lives.

Wait til you have your first kid.  🤣🤣🤣

(Don't tell Al.)

(Honestly if he's going to be at home for the foreseeable future, I'd better make sure I'm careful.)
