So how is it an attack if the business owners and local leaders can make the final choice to reopen?

It's an attack on a certain demographic's monetization of race and race conflict. Naturally, everything they disagree with is an attack on blacks, and can be cut and paste into any other intersectional category of their choosing.

  It is not, but the UV sterilizer does output the lethal UV-C wavelengths that are filtered out by earth's atmosphere. Like I said though, it needs 6 minutes to sterilize everything.

 

  The sun would probably work well at killing the virus once you get to outer space, but not so well on the earths surface. While that may seem like bad news as far as getting rid of the virus, it is a fortunate thing for all other life on earth.

Are there not different types of UV and one type is more effective than others? I know the UV where I am kills dark paint, never paint you exterior wood black.

   Yes UV-C is used for killing bacteria and viruses in a short amount of time. I think all types of UV will damage DNA eventually. Some take years or decades to do it though.

 

   As far as transmission of a virus between people, that only takes a matter of seconds. There is nothing that I know of that we could actually use to kill a virus in that short amount of time. Conceivably you could leave contaminated cloths, masks etc in direct sunlight and it would kill the virus faster than leaving them in a closet, but I'm not sure how much faster. I would guess it would still take hours at least and not guaranteed. None of that helps with direct person to person (droplet) transmission though. Masks and eye protection are the best thing available for that. Or just staying away from people as much as possible.
