Ah, I've only been to for my face and once for my back. One time I had to do a video consult with a derm before having laser therapy. But that's a totally different thing, not invasive at all.

A person who died at home in Santa Clara County on Feb. 6 was infected with the coronavirus at the time of death, a stunning discovery that makes that individual the first recorded COVID-19 fatality in the United States, according to autopsy results released by public health officials late Tuesday.

That death — three weeks before the first fatality was reported in the U.S., in Washington state on Feb. 28 — adds to increasing evidence that the virus was in the country far earlier than once thought.

Santa Clara County on Tuesday announced three previously unidentified deaths from the coronavirus: the Feb. 6 case; one on Feb. 17, which also predates the death that was earlier believed to be the first; and one on March 6. Initially, the first death in the county had been reported March 9.

“What it means is we had coronavirus circulating in the community much earlier than we had documented and much earlier than we had thought,” said Dr. Sara Cody, Santa Clara County’s public health officer. “Those deaths probably represent many, many more infections. And so there had to be chains of transmission that go back much earlier.”

 

Cody did not provide details about the people who died in February but said the deaths “tell us we had community transmission - probably significant community transmission - far before we realized it and documented it.”

When do they plan to dig up some people that died of pneumonia in January and test the remains for Covid19?  I think this was a pretty obvious result.

Mayor Bill de Blasio’s critics let him know how they really felt about him ordering New Yorkers to snitch on each other for violating social-distancing rules — by flooding his new tip line with crank complaints including “####### pics” and people flipping the bird, The Post has learned.

Photos of extended middle fingers, the mayor dropping the Staten Island groundhog and news coverage of him going to the gym have all been texted to a special tip line that de Blasio announced Saturday, according to screenshots posted on Twitter.

One user sent the message “We will fight this tyrannical overreach!” to the service and got an automated message that in part said, “Hello, and thank you for texting NYC311.”

There are more than a few people who have been knowing this to be true for quite some time now.  In fact, though we are not yet able to be tested yet, there is a good possibility that my wife had it in December after flying from HKG-JFK.

    If someone died with symptoms of an infectious disease without identifying a pathogen, chances are high there are specimens saved and frozen at the state labs. We have seen other cases where they go back and test samples for newly discovered organisms.

Can never go wrong with the antibacterial bar soaps, like Dial or Safeguard.

I have a large supply of soap from Mexico (Escudo, Coral) and Ecuador (Protex, Rexona).

All are antibacterial and highly aromatic.  All but Coral come in a staggering number of varieties.

 

As a sidebar, I've spent a lifetime trying to find an optimal fluoride toothpaste.

Years ago, it was Macleans (from Canada), not seen for years.

Last year, found Fortident (made in Ecu) and Polar (made in Peru, sold in Ecu).  Highly pleased.
