Authorities in Pennsylvania have identified the suspect accused of coughing on an estimated $35,000 worth of grocery store products in what they say was a "twisted prank" amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Margaret Cirko, 35, was arrested and charged with terrorist threats Thursday, one day after she allegedly entered Gerrity's Supermarket in Hanover Township, made verbal threats that she was sick, and intentionally coughed and spat on fresh produce and other items, according to the Hanover Township Police Department.

Cirko, known for past problems in the community, continued the behavior in several aisles, police said, adding that she tried to steal a 12 pack of beer before being ordered to leave the store.

 

Cirko wasn't believed to be infected with the coronavirus, but the store said it had no choice but to throw away "well over" $35,000 in product.

"Today was a very challenging day," Fasula said. "While there is little doubt this woman was doing it as a very twisted prank, we will not take any chances with the health and well-being of our customers."

Wife's daughter and family are still here and will be well into the foreseeable future.  The 2 1/2 year old and the 6 mo old like to scream, and the older one is definitely the devil child.  Then there is the yorkie they brought that needs to wear a diaper....

 

I've dedicated today to finding the perfect Lynchburg lemonade recipe.  I'm still experimenting.  I'm very close, and also feeling much better.  

 

Just now noticed I can barely focus on the computer screen. 

 

Got to be careful as drinking and posting has gotten me into trouble before...  

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving is not for you.

Someone stole my dictionary. Now I am at a loss for words.

If Apple made a car, would it have windows?

Ban shredded cheese. Make America Grate Again .

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.  Deport him and you never have to feed him again.

I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.

I went bald but I kept my comb.  I just couldn't part with it.

Man what a great day.  In spite of two little devil children, that alcohol has really helped.  Changed oil in a car and lawn tractor before I started serious drinking.  The rest of the day was by the pool with a drink in hand.  Don't know why people trust a drunk with cooking on the grill but.....  Perfect buzz all afternoon without getting too drunk.  Wish I could remember what the formula  was for the drink I really liked.  They just kept tasting better and better.

 

Any research on how alcohol protects from diseases?

Six months does seem more like it, probably. Glad we moved from my old place to this new one before it all happened -- at least here I can escape from Alex somewhere besides the bathroom.

 

Also, I'm spending money on clothes I don't really need during the lockdown, so I don't know what Carole Malone is on about. She just needs to try a bit harder. :) :P
