   I'm not waiting to find out. We had a choice between in person or online classes. Kids will be doing online classes for the first semester. My guess is the people who choose in person are going to end up doing a lot of online classes too.

Same here...We opted for virtual learning.  

 

Luckily I've been working from home since early March and have no set plan on returning at this point so I can handle it.    I've moved all client meetings to Zoom and have been using web base options for accessing files.  Its worked well and has opened a whole new world that we were once hesitant on.

I talked our kids' charter school out of deploying Zoom (massive security problems+China, see my prior thread on this) on all their campuses, so for now they use Teams and are negotiating Bluejeans use as well, should shutdown paranoia hit for a second time. Despite the privacy issues with companies like MS/Google/Cisco/etc, I'd not let my kids use Zoom, and it has no place on any of our machines.

I am from Korea, and Koreans have been going out and enjoying their lives while strictly adhering to regulations, and there have been only 20-30 new patients a day. Don't forget it has a lot denser population. If people just listen, it wouldn't be so had.
