Can some help me out.

I sent an petition for Concurrent filing (I485& I130) for my dad.

● I included on the packet for I864 (affidavit of support) I signed and my Husband signed (I864a contract between sponsor and house member)

●  my annual gross only $26,000 my husband $40,000 total on our transcript filing joint $66,000

We are household of 4 me, husband daughter + my dad.

● received an RFE today i didnt meet the poverty guidelines due to $26,000 but i thought by  my husband signed the I864a ( contract bet. Household and sponsor ) i can use his income since we love together we filed taxes jointly?

Some one pls . Enlighten me how should i fix this problem. Thus my husband should be the one doing the I864 because he meets the poverty guideline and I do I864a because were doing joint filing on our tax?
