Are there services available?  Yes, a friend used them when going through the CR1 process in Vietnam.  He paid several $1000usd to have someone handle paperwork, drive him to appointments, and get reminder emails, but they can't accompany into the appointment.

If she is only worried about getting lost, just get a taxi.  A "service" won't be allowed to accompany her into the exam room.  I don't know if they'd be allowed to sit in the waiting room.  The medical exam is just a lot of sitting and waiting.  When done at Cho Ray or IOM, get a taxi to Quarantine Services if she is getting vaccinations or back to the hotel.  In 2018, Cho Ray sent the results directly to my wife's address 4-5 days later, so just remember to bring them to the interview.

Again, for the interview, she can't have anyone from a "service" accompany her.  If you - the petitioner - won't attend, she will have to attend by herself.  It is stressful, but not complicated.  Just following instruction (they will provide instructions in English and Vietnamese) and listen closely to the announcements over the speakers.  It can be chaotic and the speakers are not very loud depending on where she is sitting.

Good luck! - Jason

Thank you, I guess if someone can't accompany her during the medical exam, then she will try to go by herself instead.
