Civil Surgeons near Temperance MI or Toledo OH - HELP

Just trying my luck just in case anyone knows a civil surgeon that transcribes DS3025 to I693. I had my overseas medical last year of May 2019. I talked to @Hank_ before and he advised me to have the DS3025 translated to I693 before May 2020. I used the ‘Find Doctors’ feature of the USCIS Website but so far had no luck finding civil surgeons that has no b**** of an assistant or secretary or ones that wants to charge over $200 just for the transcription. 
 

I already completed my biometrics so hoping that its just a matter of time for the interview schedule. I’m currently almost 28 weeks pregnant and would wanna do this appointment very soon as I’m running out of time before my overseas medical expires and also before I get bigger. Lol

 

I would really appreciate any info or advise regarding this. Thank you.
