Estimated case completion date disappeared (merged)

Hello All,

 

My estimated case completion used to say June 2020. A couple days ago a did the biometrics, and then got a message on my profile that they have reviewed my biometrics.

At the same time, the estimated case completion is now gone completely.

 

Is this normal? Has anyone else seen this?

Ours had disappeared for a while (April 2020) but looks like its back up and says June 2020.

Just log into your account, you will see them. I guess this is a sign they are actually opening in May.

mine was back but the estimation completion is still the same  May 2021. i thought that after  biometric it will change.i  submitted my application last feb . 25,  2020. it takes almost 14 months to schedule my interview. is there anybody that your estimation for completion change ?

same here, disappeared. 

I thought it was due to the virus pandemic, so they delayed indefinitely

You are right! I just checked my account and my case completion estimate is the same as it was before. Wonder if this will change once they start re-booking all the postponed interviews??

Mine is back up - nothing changed with the estimated time - same completion estimate of August 2020.

It's back for me too, 4 more months , my interview was supposed to be April 15

Ah, mine is also back and looks like I got 4 months added, and more will probably come as I didn't even manage to get my biometrics done. The offices closed a couple days before my appointment. Sigh.

I'm taking the estimates with a grain of salt. We have no idea what they were even basing them on. The local office estimates are more vague, usually giving a much more broad timespan: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. It's nice that they decided to put it there, but I'm not really expecting it to be accurate.
