Hi Guys,

My wife's case is already in NVC (National Visa Center) since August 2019, until this time no schedule for interview yet. When I submitted required documents it took 90 days for NVC to review my documents and on Jan 2020 they ask me to submit a IRS transcript which I did not know that it is required so I submitted the IRS transcript on Jan 8, 2020 until yesterday March 11, 2020 (60 days to review) I got a message from them and again they asked a IRS transcript of my co-sponsor and I am upset why they did not asked this before in the first review of my documents.

Is anybody have an idea, if the NVC will again start the clock for 60-90 days counting before they are going  to review my additional documents that I submitted?

Is anybody was asked also a IRS transcript?

Thank You

Unfortunately I’ve been advised by NVC that the clock starts over with each submission.. it’s about 9 weeks currently for reviews of submissions..

all sposors including any joint/co sponsor have to provide relevant documents e.g. transcripts, domicile etc
