hi everyone, just a question: what is your answer under item 11 of I134?

That I [ ] intend [ ] do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the persons named under item 3. :help:

biometrics appointment...............15 January 2008

EAD card received.......................18 February 2008

AOS interview in San Francisco.....30 May 2008 approved!!!

"Welcome to America!" letter

received in the mail.....................6 June 2008

Green card arrived in the mail......11 June 2008 YES!!!

I wrote that I would cover living expenses and incidentals until Trev was gainfully employed.

11/7/07 INTERVIEW 8:30 a.m. APPROVED!!!!!!

11/13/07 Visa Received ~*happy dance*~

12/28/2007 Trev's moving HOME !!!!!!!

Mary loses her job and doesn't want to lie to her gov't so we wait as long as we can and then..................

4/6/2008 Trev returns to Canada

8/30/2008 Trev is denied entry at the border

............to be continued once we file again.

I marked "intend" then wrote on the lines:

"N/A (K1 visa process for permanent residence)".

It's the same as the example form on this site.

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

You can either write N/A or that you do intend too.

I agree it's a silly question when the beneficiary is a spouse or fiance. I reccomend, "Since we're getting married (or "are married") I will support her/him as my spouse as needed.
