Hey folks, my case was put on supervisor review last March 6,2020. Agent told me it could take max 6weeks for the supervisor to review.

Who among here were put on the same case? Did you get a timely response from NVC within their time frame?

TIA.

I know some widows in a group mostly Filipinas too. Instead of waiting from nvc to convert their I-130, they filed directly in embassy as new. The process was very quick.. Embassy process their I-360 even thougj they have pending CR1 application. I am thinking of doing the same coz i have been waiting response from nvc since dec15..

You can contact the immigrant VISA unit of the consulate and ask to file the I-360.  An I-360 is easier then an I-130 paperwork wise.

If you have an approved I-130 from the USCIS the NVC can expedite that.   NVC does not work with "pending CR1 applications".

Hi, my I-130was already approved and i have my case number already. I tried to send email expedite at nvc but they declined it. Now, the agent told me they send my case to a supervisor for review. Some says, once nvc received the death certificate of the petitioner, they will just convert it to I360. However, i dont know when.
