Hello, I'm going throw the adjustment of status process for K1 visa, I've been looking for some cover letter examples online but I couldn't find any new and updated with the new form (I 944).

I would like to know if anyone has a example of an updated cover letter with the new form ? 

I also would like to know if the payment fee for the forms should be done for all the forms just with the first I-485, ( in the first folder) or separate in each of the 3 folders  ( for the 3 different forms) and also the updated fee ..

 

 Sorry if is a silly question, I'm just worried about doing something wrong. Thank You very much.

The documents submitted with your I944 will be different from anyone else's as the answers to the questions are situational and personal so there wont be a list.

Just add the documents you were required to send for the I944 to your I-485 coverletter. 

 

Payment goes on top of the I485 as I765 and I131 are free if filed concurrently. Remind them that you are filing each form concurrently in each coverletter.

No folders. Only paper or binder clips separating the three applications with a coverletter each on top.

Then binder clip everything together into one packet.
