Hey everyone,

I am currently still waiting for my removal on conditions. It has been near 800 days since I applied. I have submitted multiple service requests, and nothing has happened.

I called again today after waiting 40 days since lase service request submitted.

they said call back tomorrow morning and ask to speak to a level 2 agent.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I'm very worried and frustrated...

Thank you,

Rachel

I would do a case assistance request with the ombudsman. Don't waste your time with the service requests or even calling them. They will keep giving you the same BS.

It's the office of the individual who works for the DHS but not the USCIS. Sometimes when you have a problem with the USCIS such as being pending for a long time, he helps to get things moving. Not always working but it's worth a shot. I'm attaching the link for you, go in read about it and submit a request. It's free and won't hurt and might help.

I already did that in Dec 2018, had my interview scheduled for 0ct 2019 which I was advised that my conditions would be removed at this time. Then they cancelled my interview and I haven't heard anything since.

Did you move at all, like to a different state or anything?

There's another member who had ROC pending when he filed for citizenship and was scheduled for an interview that was canceled also. This was probably due to your ROC file being moved to the office where your interview was scheduled to be held and the officer has to review it. Speaking to a Tier 2 officer would be the best thing.

wow, that's tough! A lot of people here got combo interviews. I don't understand why this is not standard protocol if necessary. How about asking the help of your senator or representative? Someone here once had the same problem of the N-400 interview being canceled. They asked for the help of their senator after 4-5 months or so and got things moving again.
