Invoice identification number

I want to pay my visa fee but I can’t do so because I did not receive an invoice identification number from NVC. Apparently I should’ve gotten one in a welcome letter. My calls to them haven’t been successful and they have yet to respond to my emails.

call 50 times in a row, you will hear a different message after the man says "thank you for calling the National Visa Center" in one on those calls. Be prepared to wait, I had to wait for 2 hours before a representative answered. Good Luck!
