Unforeseen circumstances is exactly what it means, unforeseen circumstances. It’s standard language meaning we’re not going to give out any other details/information. Right now things around the world are in flux, particularly everything related to travel and by extension immigration. 

 

Take a deep breath, practice some deep breathing and take heart in that ultimately this journey will end.

Yes, that was the only thing I could think of also.
