Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Priority date is 12Aug2005.

We did not receive any document. You have to check the visa bulletin for that. Payment is done when the case becomes active on CEAC by NVC

I guess that means your priority date is November 2010, so you still have a few more years to wait. For most countries, priority dates are only current till July 2006 (Dec 2004 for India, Feb 1998 for Mexico, Dec 1999 for Philippines).
