hello everybody

I filed 1040 (self employed) for 2019 year, NOT 1040EZ, and there is a little confusing:

My total income (adjusted gross income on Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 1040 EZ) as reported on my Federal income tax returns for the most resent tax years.

My total income form 1040 little higher than adjusted gross income, do I need to use line "My total income" from form 1040?? anybody has an experience....I do not think I need to write "adjusted gross income" because I did not file 1040EZ

In the () it is regarding those people who file 1040 EZ then they use the line adjusted gross income, but self employed have schedule C form 1040 and you can find your total income on line 22 on your tax return☺️

Are you gonna write on 24 b and 24c for the other 2 years, cuz i am not sure do you need to or not if you are not sending all your 3most recent years of tax returns? hmmm

Yes. You need to fill in the AMOUNTS in 24a, b and c but you don't need to provide the DOCUMENTS for all three years. Only the most recent year's DOCUMENTS are required.
