Hello everyone i applied i751 in may 2018 

still waiting for uscis to take a action . Married to us spouse and still living together. Actually i got charged with misdemeanor after i got my i751 applied. Can u guys suggest anything?

First they send me letter stating u will not need new biometrics we will use your old fingers. After sometime they send me app. For bio. I had a extension letter its already expired had i551 stamp for this year . I contact uscis couple times they said ur case is in processing timeframe i:e 15 to 26.6 months. I haven’t contact to any immigration lawyer yet.
