If my answer is no, then I do not have to provide any other documents right? I just want to be sure before I send this out.

READ.    Its states directly below  YES___  NO____     that if you choose "YES" to provide ...

Does it state if you choose "NO" to provide more info ??

It does not. But I'm not sure if I have tick in the initial form that I sent. And I worry that they are sending this again for us to provide additional evidence.

Im assuming USCIS will always state what kind of documents they need in the RFE

Im at the situation where I'm not sure to just tick no and send it back or tick no and add Tinder's Terms of Service.

However, I didn't mentioned that I met my fiance through Tinder, in the form we stated "met during travel in South Korea". If I mentioned that we met on Tinder now, would USCIS get suspicious?

I honestly think I'm overthinking it lol

Do you think I should just tick no and just send it? Because it doesn’t say I have to prove anything if I tick no.

Cause I couldn't recall if I have ticked the box or not.

In the future (AOS, ROC, naturalization), please keep a copy/scan of EVERYTHING you send to USCIS. It will help you to understand any RFEs you may get. The RFE language is often very general, so you need to be able to see what you sent them and what may be missing.

Good luck!

You provide what is asked for .. it is that simple.   If you didn't use a marriage broker then the answer is obvious.

Alright, the truth is that we didn't go thru any IMB. I think we will just tick no and just send it without any additional info since they didnt ask for it in the RFE. Thank you!

Noted. Thanks! My only problem is that I couldnt really trace which version I sent because the PDF file in my computer which I used to fill out is ticked, but the one I printed is not.
