Hello everyone, just wanted to let you know I submitted an inquiry online and this was the response I got:

“Your application is still pending consideration. We anticipate that you will receive a decision or other correspondence within the specified processing time frame.

If you need temporary evidence of your lawful permanent resident status while waiting to receive a replacement Green Card, we may issue you an Alien Documentation, Identification & Telecommunications (ADIT) stamp.”

We’ll keep waiting... 🙏🏻

Same here MSC filer and PD is 4/26. Last night got the update that fingerprints are applied to the case. Things moving slowly and what's the processing time for MSC?

We are MSC and nothing yet. I have even asked the mailman to keep his eye out for anything from USCIS. If I may ask do you guys have kids? I am wondering if that is what makes it go faster. Fingers crossed something happens soon.

Sign up for USPS Informed Delivery service, super quick & easy. And it’s free. Been using it since I applied for AOS. You’ll know which mail will be delivered to your address on a specific day. Even packages will be automatically tracked & added to your account. It really helps especially any notifications from the USCIS.

We don’t have kids but planning in the near future. 😊

Anyone have an idea, what will be a consequence of filling earlier than 90 days margin for I-751. I tried twice before they accepted it due to some reasons.

I got everything the extension and used previous fingerprint.

just checking if there will be a problem on making decisions based on the first two attempts. Not worrying but I want to put my mind at ease. The reason was because I was leaving the US for work before my 90 days window opened.

Don't think there is a problem. All they do is return your file back and you have to send it again

Hi Guys, today was my biometric appointment but ASC office was closed. They posted that Dec 24th and 25th we are closed due to holidays. So should I go to ASC office for biometric next week with my original letter for the appointment or wait for the new appointment letter. Any reply would be really helpful for me.

Btw my ASC office is in Elizabeth,NJ.

Thank You

Merry Christmas

I would go and give it a try, just be ready that they may say "no". If they don't not take you in, call/chat and request a new date.
