We submitted our packet to the AZ center on Oct 26 and got the notification that the check was cashed yesterday.

We made a huge mistake of sending a photo album (tiny binder) and they rejected it 😭 They sent it back and now we are so nervous. We have other proof in there but is there any way to send an addendum with the photos in the correct format? He came on a K1 in 2016 and we clearly have been out of practice for all the details of these forms 😭

I did the same thing. Sent a simple little shutterfly booklet. It was returned. But my case has been approved. So, dont worry,  hope for the best. And be prepared just in case. :)

Hi everyone. Wanted to update. I checked the status online and as of 12/3/2020 my case has been approved. Update online indicates an approval letter is being mailed to me. I am assuming an updated card as well. Good luck everyone!

That is so exciting, I am so happy for you guys. Let us know when the actual green card arrives. May I ask which center you sent it to? Ours is MSC which I have heard is the slowest, it was received 4/22 and still nothing past "Case Received"

Im out of NJ, dont recall what center it was mailed to. But it was transfered to a different one. My case number starts with EAC.

We do have kids together and i think that in it self is prety strong evidence that may have expedited my process. I will update once my card arrives. :)

You may want to give them a call... I have a similar situation to yours but I keep calling and putting inquiries... last time I called they said that I have a biometrics appointment assigned for me BUT I didn't get any letter/notification/update in the system....

Good idea. The annoying thing is they need to have my husband say it is ok for me to talk to them on his behalf every single time. Once I even had him on speaker phone so he could say "yes it is ok", I wish they would just make a note so I can call since he is at work all day and they aren't open on the weekends. Any suggestions for that

I received the letter about Biometrics appointment which is on 12/24. My service center is MSC and PD is 04/07/2020. Local office is in NJ

Does anyone have experience with this MSC, original it was sent to SRC but it got transfer to MSC.

Does anyone know why did they transfer, I was just wondering but I am not curious?

We are MSC, and have been from the start. Today is the first time I see something other than "case was received" online, unfortunately it just says "! failed to retrieve profile".... all I can hope is that means they are updating it and we will soon have some different news.... Glad to hear at least one person who has MSC is moving forward
