Does anyone know when we get the update of the estimated timeline: ours started in February and rapidly went downhill to about June, but now it has bounced back to February. Does that mean that maybe applications are being processed?

It came from the VJ autobot.  I think it takes your timeline information and extrapolates on other cases to give an estimate.

After 4 months of submitting my case, I checked my case today, and it states my case as of August 25th Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken.

May I ask where you sent it, what are the 3 letters your case number starts with? Mine is MSC and still no movement past case received

I feel like there is no finger print updates for those who came on cr1 and whose case number start with MSC. I am May filler , case number start with MSC and no movement since case was received status.

I filed April 19th and nothing... only case received. I have a feeling MSC is taking a really long time. Is there anyone from MSC that has moved to fingerprints or beyond???

Dang, I'm an Aug filer and still waiting to know if they need biometrics or not. Initially I thought it would only take 3-4 weeks after filing, but I've seen lots of people getting the update months later. Why must you torture us, USCIS??

I think it all depends what office you are assigned to and then officer handling the case. Like you still waiting for biometrics appointment or update.

April 22, 2020 - I-751 sent

April 23, 2020 - I-751 received at Lockbox

April 29, 2020 - Check cashed
??? - didn’t receive text or email confirmation. Ugh!

Waiting for update. I got my extension letter 2 weeks ago now. No news since then.
