Hello members,

Good news today. My wife's NoA finally came in today. What's wierd is I recieved the email from usps this morning and show all the mail and one another that is not scanned. Both of us are in a sign of relief tonight. One thing i want to point out is the NOA is printed on June 30 2020 so that explains a lot about their workload and understaffed

Good news indeed! We actually got my wife’s NOA today as well and it was printed on 6/30/20 (case was received 4/28/20). Looks like it actually came from the national benefits center (MSC) which is who’s handling our case, instead of lockbox.

Funny thing is, our non-delivery notice is still pending as “not assigned for processing”, so this must just be USCIS catching up on the backlog as you suggested.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you know that I just called USCIS to schedule and infopass appointment since my GC expires in two weeks.

However, I was told my NOA was mailed on 7/7/2020 (My case was received on 5/5) and I should receive it within a few days. The lady told me that it’s taking them more time than usual to mail these notices. I will let you know once I receive the letter.

Good luck!

Our service center in here in California. Yeah they all are behind and there a recent article saying without our govt bailout, Uscis may furloughed 70% staff and potentially strand many renewed green card holders as well new us citizens ceremony. I hope that does not happen. Heres the link. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/uscis-immigration-green-cards-visas-congress-bailout-a9612881.html

I received my NOA finally yesterday 7/10th.

They mailed it out on July 7th.  I filled on April 23rd and the notice has as date July 1st. Sent paperwork to Texas and was assigned to Vermont (EAC)

Filed 4/29, finally got our NOA 7/10. Looks like it was mailed 7/7 on the postage and NOA was printed 7/2. A big sigh of relief as we were only 2 weeks from my wife's driver's license expiring and USCIS wouldn't let us schedule an appointment for a stamp until a 10-day window before expiration.

Ahhh the waiting game. Got NOA 2 weeks ago so the immediate panic is over... just waiting for any sort of update other than "Case received"..... how long did it take after you got your NOA for biometrics to be applied, for those of you lucky enough to have this step already?

Mine was updated before I got the NOA and I received the NOA for fingerprints before my actual NOA-18 month extension. That’s how I knew I didn’t screw up my address! I don’t think there is any order to it but just luck. So inconsistent!
