13 July :(

It took my senator about 3-4 days to get in touch with the service center and they were told it was being printed. So give it till mid week next week and try again.

Update:

So guys if you have been following me on this endless journey of trying to get my NOA. I know some of you are still trying and I’m with you! But It has been 62 days since I filed and did not receive the NOA. But today, finally I got an email with informed mail showing 2 letters coming from Potomac. Not sure why two, but 50% chance one IS my extension. Will keep you updated when I actually receive it.

Yay!

I am guessing the other one is to tell you that they are reusing old fingerprints ;)  Congrats!

I already received that.. that’s how I knew I didn’t mess up with my address haha! Maybe they reprinted both or it’s a glitch with USPS. I hope you can get something soon too!

I am just annoyed that people who filed inquiries after me or contacted the ombudsman office after me are getting responses but I still have nothing. I am seriously thinking of just going back home. So much for doing everything properly, correctly, creating jobs here, paying my due taxes here, and nobody cares.

100% is your NOA you deserve it.

You did it 🎉 your NOA you got it through your congressman? Or what tool can I use?

Potomac is my Service center and email and non delivery request don’t work for me.

I know it feels like that.. trust me I definitely went through all these emotions but try to focus on the end result. It will happen. I also one of the few on here that noticed the glitch early and I had people who did exactly the same as me and got theirs instantly. It’s bloody annoying. But be persistent and just because Friday was a rough one, Monday can be different. Push your senator office for updates, I did that. The only reason I knew they got into contact with my service center is because my privacy notice wouldn’t open and I had to resubmit a new one. Hang in there...

I’m thinking I got it through my senator’s office. I did everything too. Ombudsman office took on my case but I’ve heard nothing from them since. It was my senator who kept in contact and told me to wait. So try your senator as soon as because the email she forwarded me came straight from a person at Potomac. They have direct links to them from what I gathered.

I'm a May filer, after waiting until the "contact us by X date if you have not received NOA" I did a service inquiry and sent an email.

After you did the above how long did you wait until contacting your congressman or senator to speed up the process to get your NOA? Do you advise contacting both your local congressperson or senator or does only one of them deal with immigration inquires?

Sorry for all the questions I just really want to receive the NOA, you think it would be easy in receiving it since all other i751 filers before early-mid April received it fine.

I only contacted my senator about a week ago and within a week they worked on it. All of sudden I was told I was having something printed. I’m not sure for certain that it was the senator but I do believe they helped. I would contact them ASAP because I’ve spent 62 days chasing this and it has been hell. Try every avenue you can to get what you need.
