I used the online form I posted in a link on here. Look back a few pages. They mailed it the next day. But we are military and I don’t know if that helped because other people haven’t had the same luck.

I've just submitted a non-delivery notice and will also email lockbox early next week. Will see if this all works.

Yes, I selected "other" and then described what is the most recent case status in the field below.

Ours 30 days finally ended during the weekend and sadly the Notice of action. I sent a email to the lockbox support and tried to send the non delivery, but i came to an issue with the email slot. I enter my gmail and it said invalid. Did anyone had a issue as well? Well congrats S*UK on your NOA.

Weird.... I’m at 37 days with no NOA. I’ve done both and still nothing. Maybe it’s acting up. Give it a few hours and try again. Good luck!

We sent the receipt number, name of petitioner, A#, Receive Date, form I-751 (may receive other forms they) and our address. Also explanation that we never received the NOA and that we were asked to write to lockbox by the USCIS support staff as it should have been received.
 

We just sent the email for the second time today as they never responded from the one two weeks ago. We also sent the one through the USCIS website but it says they won’t respond until up to June 15th.

We did get an automated reply on latest email to lockbox that they will respond within 30 days. Think USCIS is having some serious IT issues. Keep us updated.

I’m glad you got a response with a 30 day window! It makes me feel better knowing there is a set amount of days on it.  I sent 4 emails (yes I panicked) and haven’t heard anything yet. Fingers crossed we start hearing something in the next few weeks!

Thank you. We were shocked as well when finally got a return email from lockbox. You might want to consider sending one more in case it is an IT issue. Fingers crossed to all of us!

You are right! Got the notification instantly after sending. They definitely messed up on their side. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽
