I got my 10 year green card today! 🙌 Now to prepare to apply for citizenship coming April! Good luck to you all!

Hi, just a quick update. My card arrived today.  Expires 2030!!! 😁 this feels surreal. Such long time with this process. Next up, Citizenship!  Stay strong everyone! We will get through it!

Today, I received a Reminder to File Form I-751 notice in the mail.  My earliest filing date is tomorrow, 04/07/2020. 

 

USCIS delivered it to our previous mailing address. I submitted a Change of Address online last year.  Good  thing USPS forwarded it to our current one. 

 

We are just waiting for our 2019 taxes to be filed and we're ready to submit the required paperwork. Hopefully, we can submit before the end of April.

We have a Change of Address in place from September. We never got anything in the mail. I'm glad we had it on eight different calendars and tattooed on the inside of my eyelids!

Removal of Conditions Timeline

03/31/20    - Sent ROC package to Dallas, TX by USPS. 

04/02/20    - Delivered to Dallas, TX by USPS.  

04/08/20    - Received text message from USCIS stating original receipt to follow in mail and a receipt number starting with SRC

04/09/20    - Check for $680 cashed for USCIS Dallas

04/13/20    - Received I-797 NOA for I751 ROC which extends expired Green Card by 18 months

Same here! Got a text last night with my receipt number beginning with LIN, guessing my case will be transferred to Nebraska . I hope they process it in time before I become due for N 400. I wouldn't want to do a combo application.

I'm afraid that with Stephen Miller still in defacto charge of USCIS I doubt the interview requirements will be relaxed and that was causing most cases to take at least 18 months in the first place - with the virus shutting down interviews and biometrics for at least the next 4 months I think there is going to be a huge surge in Combo applications next year.

Hi folks! We've mailed our package and it should arrive at USCIS in the next day or so. We used UPS, and I'm hoping there will be someone to sign for the package, given all the covid stuff. I dunno, can USCIS officers work from home when they're going through all our millions of documents? 😁

I just received this letter as well. I'm supposed to send my package after the 21st but we're in the process of buying a house and we want to move in first before sending it out so we receive any notifications in our new home.  Does anybody know if there's any extra delays now due to Covid19 ?
