That's odd. Did you track the package, and if so, when was it delivered? I would call the USCIS helpline; hopefully they're still answering calls.

Hi everyone! I'm about to mail my I-751 (joint petition). Is it necessary to write "Attention: I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions of Status" on the envelope or not??? If yes, should I write it below the address?? I'm sending the package with USPS Priority mail. Thank you!

As per https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information/form-filing-tips, we marked the envelope and our cover letter with "I-751 ORIGINAL SUBMISSION"

I’m wondering if I should have put the G-1145 form on top of the cover letter instead of on top of the 751 form. Reason I say that is:

 

Sent To Phoenix lockbox April 22

Received by lockbox April 23

Check cashed April 29

 

We haven’t received any text or email notification.

I placed the G-1145 form on top of the I-751 form as well. 

 

Did you sign up for USPS's Informed Delivery service?  https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action That's how I knew I will be getting the hard copy NOA on 04/20. I only received a text notification on 04/17 that case was received.

Yes we have Informed Delivery. We should have also received text based on your timeline and others. Strange. Well hope we get NOA soon. Thanks.

We received a text that they got our package and sent out NOA on 16th April. Still no NOA in the mail after 2 and a half weeks!!

I would call USCIS if you don’t get it by this week. Ask them to send another NOA.

Try calling USCIS or file an e-request that you did not receive your NOA yet. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

I tried to file the e-request. It won't let me until its been over a month *sigh*. Will call if it doesn't come this week.

I mailed my package on Thursday via USPS to the Dallas PO Box, it was supposed to be delivered today, however, I just got a tracking update from USPS that says “Available for pick up”

 

Has this happened to any of you?? I’m worried that the package is not going to be delivered 😭

UDPATE: I just received another tracking update that the package has been delivered. I submitted form G-1145 but I have not gotten a Text or email from USCIS yet. Let’s wait 🙏🏻

5/1 Credit Card Charged (G-1450)

5/5 Text message received (G-1145) with YSC# which seems to that Potomac Service Center will be handling our case.

 

Now we're just waiting on the I-797!

We sent our RoC packet in mid-April, and USPS tracking says it was delivered as expected to the Phoenix lockbox on April 12th.  The check hasn't been cashed yet, and we haven't received any notifications (via email/text or paper copy).  Has anyone else had to wait this long for the check to get cashed?  Is it time for us to call in?  My husband's green card is going to expire very soon, and we're starting to get concerned about not having any form of confirmation or paperwork.
