CR1 interview confusion.

Hey guys, so my husband had his interview today. All was great but at the end of the interview they said they needed us to upload our I-864 form along with Our joint sponsors I-864. I uploaded a few hours later and Our case changed from “Ready” to “Refused” I know it’s just new wording for AP but I’m concerned how long we’ll be in this stage for. They took my husband passport at the end of the interview so I’m assuming it’ll be a problem that get resolved quickly? Just wanted some input on the situation. I thought we were close to being done but I’m not sure anymore😭
