What happens when someone transfers their MVR Receipt to book a usa NIV appointment

The resolution seems to be to drop the agent and do it yourself.

It's already done back in 2018. Can it be resolved?

No idea, it’s really a bad idea to mess around with US immigration. What you’ve said implies some level of conscious misrepresentation somewhere, plus obviously someone paid for a visa appointment he or she didn’t get.

These agents just want to collect money without doing their jobs well.

Someone who has no experience of visa process could be sold into a lot of errors till he learns.

 

I think everyone should avoid agents and do the job themselves.
