I did search but got mixed results. Should I print photos and write the info on the back and place in a plastic bag? Or should I just print 4 per page on white paper and write the info there? Also my wife screenshot tons of of our messages. This I was definitely going to print on white paper. About how many per page? Also do the messages need to be dated? Can I just put it by month maybe and not by day? Just trying to see what others have done and if any way is right or wrong. Thank you! I want to mail the packet this week!

I'm assuming your filing for the I-130 by mail correct? I'll tell you what I did. I printed all photos individual I wrote on the back of all photos on the top left of each photo "What date, who was in the pictures" and at the bottom left I put My Name (The petitioner) and on the right bottom corner numbered EACH photo (1 of 10)  and so on with how ever many photos you have. All this so they will know WHO this evidence belongs to, and how many photos you have in case they lose any and they know in what order. So they wont request later for more evidence if they lose any.

For screenshots, I did have any but from everything I've read they want it readable and printed clearly and easy to understand fast. I would be on the safe side and print each individually and blow them up big on each page so they can see everything clearly and not get confused on which message is first or last and do like I said on the pictures. Write on the back of pages "dates and months" and write your name on the bottom left and number each page (2 out of 5) for example.

I also did not use a plastic bag they want everything easily opened and fast, so I used Clear A4 Folders and labeled the front of the folder which evidence it was.

Good Luck I wish you the best and I hope this helps :)

Thanks for your response. Yes by mail. So to have the pictures printed and then write on the back is definitely easier for me. What I was worried about was that if I write on the backs of the photos, don’t they get scanned in? And if so then they lose what was written. Or do they send the photos to the person that reviews the case and then that person looks through them?

Holy Moly!!!  What a bunch of overkill, all those plastic sleeves got tossed  at USCIS.      Do not use plastic sleeves and also do not use staples.    ACCO binders work

Simple print 4 picture/page on bond paper, makes notes there.

Never DO-DO when DO will DO.
