You should be fine. If you used an I-20 or a Green Card, then the DMV would have done a SAVE check with USCIS, so you are obviously not claiming to be a citizen.
You can look at your record of SAVE checks here: https://save.uscis.gov/casecheck/

It will list the date and the agency that requested the check.

I just input my I-94 and it did not show my first time visiting social security to get a social security number. Do you know why?

I don't know. I didn't notice that on my wife's report until you mentioned it and I went back and checked again.  There is nothing showing for Social Security for her either, only Arkansas DMV and Student Financial Aid.

I had only been in the US for a day or two. My uncle took me to get a SSN and it was ultimately denied.

Can you please explain what the SAVE checks are? This is new and I'm totally lost here.

If there is no SAVE check, does that mean a false claim to citizenship was made because I didn't use immigration document papers?

If you had only been in the U.S. for a day or two, the Social Security Admin. might not have been able to get information using your I-94.
I wouldn't worry about it. You have your I-20s, and they match up with your Drivers License.

From https://www.uscis.gov/save:

The SAVE Program provides a fast, secure and efficient verification service for federal, state and local benefit-granting agencies to verify a benefit applicant’s immigration status or naturalized/derived citizenship.

SAVE is administered by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, a component of the Department of Homeland Security, and is dedicated to providing program support to participating agencies.
