I have been through many POE at a variety of airports.   On that note ... Denver is the nicest I have been through.     Atlanta is hit and miss, one time it was good, next time it terrible.

I don't know either. The first time I went I bought a separate ticket to LA and from there to MNL because it was cheaper and I didn't have global entry at that time.  

 

I will have to see what happens next time.

I have not flown back from the Phils since the end of 2018 ... trying to stay put for awhile, too much globe hopping
