Does my husband need to take our tax return papers to his N-400 interview? The paper they sent didn’t tell us to bring them but online said to bring them for the last 3 years. Any thing else I need to bring that they maybe didn’t put on the letter?

Bring the tax transcripts but they may or may not ask for them. Actually, even if not on the list, bring whatever you think they might need. Better to overprepare than underprepare imo

I took everything I had and the only thing the IO looked at was my green card and passport.

But as the previous poster said, it's better to be over-prepared than under-prepared as you never know what they may ask to see. And the last thing you want is to have to follow up to an RFE
