we hve 2 year age difference we both wasn't married nd we both don't hve kids so what about our case ?

2 years apart is nothing to worry about.. but if tour relationship is against cultural norms, id be prepared to expalin it.

No kids id say is a plus, and no prior marriages.

But try to find potential red flags, our of cultural norms, married quickly after meeting, etc.

Best you can do is prepare for the interview the best you can.  Every case is unique, regardless of consualate.  Islambad is a more difficult embassy from what ive seen on the forums, but it is NOT impossible.

This site has 25 records for the CR1 visa in Pakistan with 7 approvals and 18 pending.

2 year difference specially with older guy is perfect age difference there is nothing wrong with it. If you have proper pakistani wedding and proof of it, and both of you are from Pakistan originally,  i m sure visa wont be an issue. It may take little AP but just collect all proof, and try to slend some time together

How much time have you actually spent together, in person?  Multiple visits, extended time together, with documented evidence of all these visits, is the best way to eventually get a spousal visa at difficult embassies, plus evidence of co-mingling of finances, as much as you can put together while living apart in different countries.  Submit all of the evidence with the I-130 petition as they often don't consider documents to validate the relationship brought to the visa interview.  What evidence of bona fide marriage did you submit with the I-130 petition?

So you met when you were both living in Dubai, that should be a positive.

You don’t even believe that yourself. Where is the evidence of this if it is “known”? I’ve yet to see a VJ member report this type of action.

I know what I know. Thanks for calling me a liar. I only wish you the same "fun" interview we had. These things are all true. I really don't care what you think. Do you think most people are brave enough to file a complaint and probably get a revenge turn-down again? Believe what you want....people are afraid to tell what happened to them because of people like you who call them liars....

No, not to everyone. They pick and choose. I'm just saying I would take a lawyer and not let them harass you into doing something or signing something you regret. You can see on here that people like to think people are lying or exaggerating the cases. We are NOT.

I don't know what happened to it. I haven't been on here in a while, it's disappeared...weird. Well, you saw what I wrote. Together 9 years, turned down due to coerced false confession, refiled, still together...not giving up. You can see by the comments why people don't tell their stories. People call them liars. Everything I said is true. I have talked to people on this site who dare not put the truth because of the hateful comments. Why would anyone think I would make this up? For what purpose? Truly crazy....

So different culture,  and if she is older than you, than in Pakistan expect it to be not an easy task. Family not much involved in marriage also a difficult task in Islamabad embassy because of high fraud cases.

I would suggest to have a lot of time together ,atleast 2,3 visits if not more, and have a lots of evidences,  otherwise i am afraid it could be an uphill in Pakistan and most likely reason would be bonafide relationship. So make sure you are covered extremely good on banafide relationship with many visits , and a lot of time together,  if your families get involved more it would be better. These kind of cases in my experience so far have had hard time approving in Pakistan unless there is overwhelming evidences of being together. Also financially if you are sending her money, in Pakistan it could be taken as paying to get greencard as many people do it. Rather petitioner sending money is considered good thing.

Different culture and possibly religion? You must have a lot in plate, not scaring you but making you ready so know that no.1 thing that they would focus on your case is most likely be banafide relationship. So i would say spend months together seriously.

I don't believe a lawyer is permitted at the consulate interview. Only the person being interviewed can attend, a guardian (if they are a minor), or the petitioner.

In Islamabad embassy, even petitioner cant go in now policy changed couple of months ago, only applicants unless they are handicapped , very old or have some other difficulty.
