To my understanding from the websites instructions you need to scan front and back of the page if there is anything on the back of the page (more info or a stamp or a seal for government documents and certificates)

But if the back of the page is blank, I wouldn't scan it. It would only make your file size even bigger.

Thanks for the info. The reason why I asked is because after waiting two months for an upgrade they wrote back "We are unable to accept this document as uploaded without all sides of every page"  But my back page is blank and there is nothing.

I think they might be meaning all 4 corners of the pages? You didn't by chance have any pages folded in the corners or staples in them? They want the entire page scanned nothing missing.

I took a picture of it. I didn't miss any sides and nothing is folded from what I can see.  The only thing is the seal when they stamp the front of the page it is somehow visible on the back slightly. not sure if that is important or not

It probably is. Some documents have seals on back so they might think this does also. It never hurts to be over prepared. I would go ahead and scan the back also.

No. You don’t have to scan the back unless  there’s something on it such as green card, marriage certificate, police certificate.

She said that they are requesting the back page and that the stamp may be visible on the back and maybe that's what they mean. And what are her options ignore them completely. What does it hurt to upload the back and then they approve it.

Yeah, anyway since they asked her to send the back too,  it’s a good idea to upload both sides.
