There is no single time line for a case. every case is unique and it follows its own timeline. you can get an estimate of the case types by going to uscis.gov and search for processing times.

There is no estimate on there for cases of this type as up until now california has only been processing green card spouses, not US Citizen petitions.

We have been moved from Nebraska to California when the update happened last week too and now have no way of checking when we will be outside of processing time. Our PD is early July 2019

A lot of USC were moved to CSC for spouse petitions. I’ve already made multiple inquiries and expect to hear more next week. I’ll keep you updated.

Please do, most of the transferred ones to California seem to be much newer applications so I’m worrying now that there’s something wrong with ours as everyone else around us seems to have been sent to Potomac or Texas 😭

Yeah our PD is only January 2020 so I’m surprised we were transferred. There must be something going on that we don’t know about at this moment so I wouldn’t worry too much about it 😊

Same thing happened to me. We were at Texas PD Oct. 10 and I spoke with tier 2 officer today who said we are at California. I received no transfer notice. This is for a US Citizen filing for spouse and that is not even an option on the website for processing times

WELL I somehow had my expedite request approved so that’s a bust for you guys.

But from what I’ve gathered, follow the LPR spouse processing times for cases transferred to CSC.

If you don’t mind me asking what was your reason to have your case expedited?

This was before I discovered there were many more USC cases sent to CSC, but I said USCIS error. 100% did not expect it to work as I mainlh wanted processing times and made that clear in  My request.

Also told them my husband and I have been apart for 9 years. I like to think I appealed to a human on that one.
