Hello everyone! My pd is aug 19 2019 

and my service center is texas on the letter. Yesterday my wife call uscis customer representative. And the agent said that my service center is vermont service center. Why there is no transferred notice. And when i search oh case status nothing’s change still the same. Case received and mail notice. No transferred notice at all please help me.

You have all the information available.  Transfers happen based on workload.  Nobody knows why you didn't get a transfer notice, but now you know.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

That is a million dollar question. Everybody have a different answer.

VSC is 16-20 months as compared to 8-10 months at TSC.  

The best way is that you should call uscis and inquire about it.

My case was also transferred from TSC to VSC on 23 Feb and there is no transfer notice/mail as well.

My PD is 4Nov.
