Need help with the new form I 944

What if my husband doesn't have anything on his name it's all under a corporation, what documents do we need to submit ? What do we have to do?  We are confused of this new form I 944.

I don't think corporation assets can be used.

Is there anyone here who has the same case as mine? What did you do? Tnx guys. I'm a new immigrant. Applying for AOS under k1 visa.

How can he have nothing under his name at all? If he owns the corporation, he is not drawing a salary? Doesn’t own shares in it? Is not the registered owner? Etc?

He has a share on it and he manages it too.

Then there must be something in his name he can fill in on the form.

So, we can submit those proof of assets under the corporation's name?

I’m not clear on what you mean. You can submit proof of his share, if there is no value specifically of the shareholding then yes I guess you can show the company assets. I presume though that he can’t just sell the company assets to realize his share, but is there someone willing to buy his share in the company?
