Think it´s fine to send a handwritten statement on the bottom of the copy or should he attach yet another paper just to say that?

I think that writing it on the paper itself makes it easier for them to figure out what´s that all about, but they might think he´s invalidating the copy writing stuff on it? I mean, the translation is original and not written over, just the copy.

I have seen other posts where members have included another coversheet for their evidence. Perhaps that could be useful for you.....that way you're mentioning them together there and/or write on the back of the photograph

Put another coverletter with the explanation, the certificate and translation, and then the pics from the graduation ceremony all together in the back or front of the evidence?

Grrrrrrr!

This is unf**king believable! I received the sworn translation through the mail today, and got so excited I would be able to send it to Luis tomorrow, through Sedex, so it´d get there around the same time the other stuff I had sent before (not through Sedex).

But guess what? That ####### translator omitted the ONLY line I needed in the entire document! He simply skipped the part where it states my graduation ceremony took place on Jan 13th !!!! How stupid is that?!!?!?!

I didn´t ask him to add that ´cus he was supposed to translate the entire document, not skip parts he assumed weren´t important, or maybe he didn´t know how to translate, but all I know is that I am SUPER pissed right now.

Once more, deep breath.

I managed to get the translator to do it again (especifying the date) and SEDEX it out to my fiance in PR. So that should take another 5 to 10 days. Which is how much I still have to wait for my forms to get there anyway, since I didn´t send those SEDEX. So I´m guessing another week until we can file our K1, and then after that, we´ll be on the journey with the rest of you guys. Hope that after all this nightmare to get extra evidence he was here with me in the past 2 years, we won´t get an RFE.
