But my wife she can't find any pictures of herself with her ex or other family members from her previous wedding day. What should we do ? Upload what we have?

Definitely a first here on VJ, asking for previous wedding photos since photos can't be verified for authenticity, date and place taken, etc.  What questions was she asked in the interview about the previous marriages?  Any idea whey they would have doubts?  Seems like a strange request, they must have a concern that would prompt this requirement that you submit photos of dissolved marriages when you already submitted both divorce decrees.  Maybe she could ask her ex for photos if she can't find any?  If she absolutely can't find any photos, maybe she could get a signed affidavit from someone who was there, at her first wedding, so you can send them something, not just "we don't have any photos."  Let us know how this plays out, it is definitely an interesting and unusual case.  Good luck, hopefully her visa will be approved soon!

Yes beneficiary first marriage was registered & terminated in Pakistan.

That didn't specifically answer the question though asked by another  member----to word it a different way, was your wife ever a CR-1 beneficiary before you came along?  Has she ever tried to immigrate to the US before through an ex spouse? (if the spouse was a USC living in Pakistan)

Are you sure they were asking for photos from your previous marriage....or photos from your current marriage when the wedding took place?  Seems strange they would want wedding photos with ex spouses...  I'm wondering if it was a misunderstanding since she was using an interpreter?

Perhaps her family members would have held on to some of those old photos?

I was also asked first marriage pics of my husband

Q. Husband first marriage date? Termination date?

Why did he divorce his first wife? Give us his kids birth certificates. Show us his first marriage pictures
Q. When did you get married first time? When you got divorced?

Reason for divorce? Pictures of your first marriage

How long before your current marriage were your divorces?

This could be part of the reason ... moving fairly swiftly on to another marriage and another petition. Your previous spouse is by now a citizen I presume?

Did your current spouse also divorce her husband very soon before marrying you?

Of the same year?? Like, 6 weeks?? yeah I can see why they would be a little suspicious.

With all these divorces and relatively quick marriages after the first marriages ended in divorce (you, only two months, her, three years), they are scrutinizing every aspect of your case, to try and verify that your relationship is bona fide, not just for US immigration purposes.  Also visa applications for Pakistan are normally subject to extreme vetting, plus we are only getting part of the story here.  As details emerge it is becoming clearer why they are questioning everything.  Any other red flags?  Age difference?  Your first marriage was relatively short, how long was hers?  Did you meet your current wife or date her before your divorce was finalized, if so how long have you known each other?  How much time have you been together in person?  Even if you are able to send the photos of your first weddings that they are asking for, be prepared for more scrutiny, more evidence of your current marriage may also be requested so be ready with more.  Maybe go and visit her a few more times, more financial co-mingling, and I would suggest that if they want a second interview, go with her for the interview if possible, they may ask for a Stokes interview.  Good luck!

From the above one can say your immigration history is not clean. They are fishing around for something to deny you on. Better have you t's crossed and i's dotted because your country, religion (I assume you are Muslim) and history are working against you. You are likely going to get hosed.

Good luck.
