Was there an advantage of approval if the K1 visa applicant is holding a valid B1/B2 visa and was using every year?

No.

Did you include passport (2X2) photos for each person, evidence of having met in person within two years of filing, both free to marry at the time of filing?  If yes then you have the basics covered.

Here is the I-129F instructions and checklist

The Manila Embassy is relatively easy. The most important thing is to follow instructions and make sure that you have all of the REQUIRED documents at both the USCIS and embassy stage. Follow Hank's links and if you have any questions come back here. Good Luck)

Finally done...

@Hank_ yes 2x2 photo is also included to the documents we submitted, im just worried that our documents are not sufficient for the approval, we did not attached a photo together on our last meet up, but what we are thinking is that having my stamp on my passport on Entering US will be sufficient enough as proof of our meet up and that was on my birthday, my fiance clearly stated on the space provided at the form that We celebrated my Birthday together in US. Hope that works without our photo together.
