Filing I-129F after I-130 Gambit for quicker approval

I129f can also be used to file for a K3 spousal visa, not just a K1 fiance visa, though K3 visas are effectively dead and rarely issued. The reason people have been filing them anyways though is because, well, as you can probably guess from Pushbrk's post, to attempt to speed up the approval of the I130

Well i should consider this 129 F to speed up the approval because i am now transferred to VSC and their processing time is 20 months.

Now would be a good time.  It only costs you some effort and postage.

I paid for I 130, and files it online. Do I have to Pay for I 129F? When its completed, should I sent it to the center it was transferred to?

No fee for the I-129F in this circumstance.  Follow the instructions for filing for a spouse.  Study the I-129F instructions. There is no substitute for doing so.
