Hi, I will be applying for adjustment of status (i-485) sometime this month. If I am enlisting the help of a joint sponsor, my future father in law who my husband and i will be residing with (i-864a), should i can include in i-944? if so how do i do it?

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

I-944 is a must now when you send I-485 in so yes, you will have to include it. Good luck.

Yeah, you should list him. The I-944 instructions say to list anyone that is an adult that provides more than 50% of your support, I believe.
